For the price, I was not expecting much. The softbox came in a soft case, ready to assemble. The outer softbox fabric is a heavy material such as nylon and the outer diffuser is a thin ripstop nylon material. For the price I was not expecting such a well made product. The assembly is ridiculously simple - not sure why anyone would have issues putting this together. Take the universal mount and install the 4 bars, then stretch the cover over it. The cover is held on by tension. Highly recommend this for anyone on a budget.
